Life begins its countdown the moment we are born. Each day in life unfolds a drama of searching and chasing amidst constant change. What are we living for, and can it satisfy my inner true needs? 人生中唯一不變的就是不斷地改變，環境的改變常常讓我們措手不及。面對每一個改變，你選擇如何回應？隨隨便便地過，還是竭力拿出最好的回應？想要人生這個花園綻放美麗，一定要花心思，刻意地去經營打理，甚至付代價。給出最好的不是我們要更成功，而是可以決定活出一個怎麼樣的人生。生命沒有捷徑，不要輕易浪費每一個困境。

What is the best and most valuable thing for you? I think the "created life" must take the top position. The source of creation provides a sense of security, trust, and the most fundamental attachment... it gives you the greatest confidence to face a turbulent environment.
